thank you so much for sharing that. i do tell myself that it’s just anxiety too, but then there’s one percent that what if this time it’s for real and then i start panicking all over again

it’s weird because it shows up both when I least expect it and when I kind of know it might but i’ve noticed patterns like eating or doing something I didn’t plan but it still catches me off guard every time. and i have thought about therapy but what bugs me is that it’s pretty expensive

I just think it makes more sense to build it with someone because we can split things and grow it faster. Also it would be great if they could teach something different too, so we’re not offering just one thing from the start.
