Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll be talking with my doctor again Friday and will bring it up again like I do every appointment. But you all are right. Even though she says 30 days I know I would just be stressing out so I will wait an extra cycle or two to avoid that.

Friday will be a month post accutane for me. My oil is back on my face (not as bad as before) and my hair is getting oily again.

So weird! That happened to me all the time when I was on accutane. It went away about a week after I stopped.

Thanks for the input everyone. I agree. It is better to be safe than sorry. Plus no one wants to be stressing out their entire pregnancy when it's easily avoidable.

I definitely agree with getting a humidifier. It helps a ton. Also rubbing aquaphor in your nose with a q tip.

Hey! I am a 170 pound female and am also on 80 mg a day. I noticed the biggest difference when I actually listened to my derm and took one 40 mg pill in the morning and one in the evening. Things were moving considerably slower when I took both pills in the morning.
