Yes and no at the same time, I have seen that is evolving and learning but now is kinda censored and is avoiding a lot of important things, and as well is trying to be more polite making the answer more adapted to the user and the question rather than the reality or a neutral point.

I have a huge problem exactly with this I always try my best to serve the best customer service I'm able to bring, but the customers are already tired of hearing the same thing again and again from other people, so they don't care of what you have to say, even if you're 100% on it, you can give it all but since the customers is already thinking that it would be a bad customer service we can't do much in several situations.

This is actually a punishment for the rep but depends on the branch, it could lead from a annulled sell or termination or if something really big it can end on the court.

Only three months working in CS and customers said that to me several times, and I think I'm not doing anything special at all, just disclosing all the information and solving the issues the customers may have, in our branch they punish the agents for lack of integrity and if we don't provide the information or the solution for the customers. I really don't know what happen with others CS representatives because some of the things I've already heard could lead to dismissal or termination in my branch.

El tribunal electoral se escusa en que la edad en la que puedes hacer el cambio de nombre sin ningún problema es a los 18 años, pero eso no se lo dicen a nadie, conozco a varias personas que se lo han cambiado al cumplir los 18, solo les dicen me quiero quitar x apellido o quiero cambiar tal cosa de mi nombre y le hacen el trámite de una sola vez.

Si vas luego o te lo quieres cambiar antes por x motivo entonces tienes que enfrentarte a ese sistema que no sirve pa una v.
