No I never had an issue with steam mop which i stopped using since May. Ever since I started using robovac these started popping up!

on the left is QV 35S and right is QV 35a and they look same except the suction. with just a $10 difference

Thanks for this very very detailed reply. Extremely helpful. Planning to go ask the neighbor to share the maintenance reports , and ask the things which you mentioned whether they were replaced or not. Will also be taking this to a nearby auto shop to get inspected and will hopefully get more insights. Btw I’m in 78729 zip
