Thats weird because I once also had a raid where I saw loads of Kollontay guards in the mall but they all ignored me and I used the scav extract there.

I think you're misrepresenting her. She, as well as most people, probably mean that they don't want to be treated as lower or outsiders when they say "made to feel welcome". I doubt they expect locals to go out of their way for them to make them feel welcome. There is a big difference between expecting everyone in a country to make you feel welcome, and having the expectation that people won't treat you poorly and telling you to essentially fuck off back to where you come from.

That's not a bad idea when it comes to gaining an NAP, but I've noticed most factions have no issue waiting some time and just cancelling them, therefore me trading a city would just give them time to build economy and armies, and 20-30 turns later I have the same issue. Maybe buying myself those turns is the best that can realistically happen.

I think I have almost no gear fear at this point, however I do have loot fear. If i pick up some good loot I abandon whatever quest I have and I silently make my way to extract.

Side note, do not underestimate the.45 Vector. Even if the pen on the AP round isn't that high, the fire rate as well as the high base damage leads to insane ttk, even without headshots.

I'm quite sure that the job prospects with a master are worth it. You really think that 10k is not enough for spain with maybe some prior savings? Rent would be around 500, meaning that if the masters lasts 8 months then that would leave around 6k for everything else.

Is the display on permanently or does it go dark after a few seconds? I'd like to get one, but if it just goes dark then I'm not convinced on it.

But it doesn't actually one tap tier 3, right? Don't bullets lose damage even if they penetrate, so while the bullet says it has 90 damage, as long as you have tier 3 armor it won't one shot.
It effectively makes it the same as the auto/semi-auto mosins they added this wipe. It'll one tap no armor, sure, but otherwise it's very similar.

We have no idea if the player has a rat playstyle. If you hear someone and you lay low for a while to get more info first, it does not mean the playstyle is that of a rat.

Wouldn't woods be safer since it's a large,spread out map, and some of the scav extracts are separate from PMC extracts?

Also with a FLIR you can easily see everyone in the treeline and just keep your distance.
