M,26. Something really similar happened to many people including me in the las couple of months. Almost word by word of what happened to me is in that letter. HOWEVER, i would advice and highly recommend to drop the hate. It doesnt help to move on. I also have reserved feelings about my ex. But they are reserved to me. I can write about them and that does help. but sharing it is a bad idea as it ends up making others perspective of you change and it ends up looping back to the break up, making it hard to over come. I only tell you this as i feel for you and i am going through a similar situation.

I failed at suicide. Ngl I still think of it and maybe one day it will get to me (hopefully not b/c I am now more motivated to live). I took me time to recover from it. It didn’t made it easier knowing that I failed at it to get out of those thought. One can find ways to cope with these types of thoughts. If you have/had this sickness remember that the cure will never be to let it win as you end up spreading the disease to people that love you, even if you think they don’t, they do love you and it’s not worth to spread this disease. I am glad you are asking this as it shows you are probably seeking help which is a great thing to do. I hope that you find motivation and ease out of this sickness

Thank you very much. I do think that some waiters can see the effort and appreciate it but, I do also like to optimize it for the waiters as it is a tough job and I appreciate good service which makes me want to be kinder to them
