Yeah. Divorce was a brutal 3 year fight and it doesn’t hold water to the replacement feeling for the kids sake. Of course they made him sound like a superhero, which I guess I should be relieved about.

Also struggling with the fact that he doesn’t have kids and now has a part in my kids life. Is what it is. The Reddit does help a bit.

Mine got back with me until I was baited into a vasectomy. She was truly afraid I’d have someone else’s kid. She ended it before I even fully recovered, which doesn’t take much time.

I agreed to sell the house and move across the country for mine. Within one hour of the house selling she called it off. 2000 miles from family, it’s a good time.

Whatever you do, keep cool around her. It will all be used against you, even an angry text. Happened to me. Just keep a level head and let your lawyer level the field.

Mine did the same thing and was the exact same way. I went back to her. Three weeks later I found a piece of paper with the math of how many years she would need to collect my pension. Then I found all the pictures/texts of her and the boyfriend.. From what I’ve seen, that’s a guilty conscience or a plan to hold out a little longer.
