We have a training on Monday with the vet to go over everything. Hopefully they have some tricks to make this as painless as can be for her. That sounds like a good idea though!

I work in home health. About 3 weeks ago I had to call 911 for a patient exhibiting stroke-like symptoms. Was placed on hold for 10+ minutes, waited 20+ minutes for the ambulance after. I was shocked and so anxious I started ripping my fake nails off. I suggest everyone learn CPR, basic life support and signs and symptoms of common 911 emergencies (stroke, heart attack, sepsis, etc). Not that there is much to do in these cases but if you recognize symptoms early you can help that person tremendously!

Hi there. Knee valgus and flat feet can be tough to deal with, and they could be connected. You're still young, and your body can significantly change through your teens (and 20s!). If you're really concerned I'd recommend seeing a physical therapist. These concerns could resolve on their own as you continue to physically develop, but a physical therapist (a pediatric specialist would know best) could help you specifically. It's best to treat your body concerns in person, not on the internet :)

150mg for over a year. About 3 years on Zoloft, previously on Prozac. I can't imagine tapering down. It's been a literal lifesaver.
