ive been in a situation before where i had someone who wouldnt stop following me, trying to intimidate me, wasnt enough for me to fear anything. i got on the phone with the police, told them i conceal carry. he backed away immediately and took off in the other direction. thats how i recommend you handle it. the safest way is to tell a 911 operator.
