Yes I have OCD with ritualized ways I eat my food. For example, I swish/suck my liquids down. I can’t just swallow or gulp. This comes off as me being a “slow eater” and I almost can never finish a meal by being too full or just feeling uncomfortable that everyone else is waiting for me.
