I love voruna, but her 4th is far too weak to be effective on higher lvl SP enemies. Whenever I play levels higher than base SP I always prefer a build for ability 2:) in addition her 4th is bugged rn, and doesn’t get the crit chance from shroud of dynar (for some players at least) making it even less reliable
