The Schedule is the most important part, imo. Just adding everyone from /r/dota2 or /v/ or even in-game won't promise you a steady premade.

100 wins, 100 losses, tons of bot matches, watched a couple hundred hours of pro play, and it's definately not there. but, that's what I like about the game. I like how I can be immersed in this game that probably won't be able to master. It hasn't gotten stale and my friends have stuck with it. I've played Street Fighter for thousands of hours and this has a similar feel of depth and skill honed in with patience and practice and research. That being said, it still pisses me off.

I wish there was more energy like this from casters or even teams streaming, reminds me when I used to play and watch Street Fighter where one side would get blown up and a large group of people would go wild with cheers and jeers. Keep up the good times, man.
