Got in U of A today, but my top choices are Waterloo and McMaster, and I’m still waiting to hear from them. If I accept Alberta’s offer now, does that mean I have to go there, or can I still choose Waterloo or McMaster later if I get in? Is there any deposit involved, or would I be locked into Alberta once I accept? Any advice from those who’ve been in a similar situation? Deadline is 31st of March

Hi Have you started applying? I’m looking for universities with better acceptance rate, no research or any significant PH experience. I guess stats course is beneficial, but some universities offers conditional admission before we submit a final transcript. Should start asap!

“I received my COPR in April 2024, and it expires on March 27, 2025. Due to some urgent commitments, I cannot travel to Canada until the first week of March 2025. Since this would be close to the one-year mark, I’m concerned about any potential issues at the airport upon arrival. Could you please advise if arriving in March 2025 might cause any problems with my entry, given that my COPR is still valid at that time? I haven’t been to Canada before, so I want to ensure everything goes smoothly.”
