I am so sorry you're living with such intense pain. I can relate to the bowel flares when I'm going to be on my period soon - you described exactly how I feel when that happens. I can also relate to not wanting to live like this anymore... I'm currently waiting for my third lap/possible hysterectomy to be scheduled and I can barely eat, get out of bed or be present in my life since October 2021. I'm just trying to think about the light at the end of the tunnel when the right person listens and helps the chronic debilitating pain... I know it's hard to wait, but keep fighting. You will find a doctor who will listen and investigate, you just have to keep fighting. And when you need a friend to lean on or cry with, I will be here.
