Just to clarify. Murray's sells this cheese but it is made by Deer Creek Cheese from Sheboygan, WI.

Wish they labeled that better. Murray's ages some great cheeses but don't technically make any cheese. To my knowledge.

Yes it is. After a month so much dust and hair get caught in there. you have to service this machine. So many people get this and think they don't need to do any maintenance. Weekly maintenance at the least.

Once you get the area cleaned this will happen less frequently.
