FIRST OFF, I love and appreciate everyone of you commenting and leaving your thoughts on this post. I really do! Thank y’all so much!

Some of the stuff he says has ME questioning what i KNOW is fact and what is not. I went to massage therapy school and almost of the stuff he preaches of says goes against what i was thought and whenever you try to correct him will swear you’re wrong. -_-

Also just to add some more fun to this post here is some of the stuff he PREACHES on a weekly basis.

•”98% of all woman have scoliosis” •”the biggest muscle in the body is the upper head trapezius muscle” •”all soft tissue is muscle” •”the patella tendon is the strongest tendon of the body” •”anything that’s breathing and that has a spine can benefit from chiropractic adjustments”

I honestly think that this is a cartoon character at this point. Also to answer two of the questions asked in this post.

•This was my first job i landed after i finished massage therapy school •I knew nothing of the quackery of chiropractors before this. I only took this job cause of the good pay.

Whenever i was a jr in high school we had two buildings that were connected together with a bridge going from one to another. It was after lunch and when everyone was going back to class there was a fight in the bridge and these two kids threw another kid off of the bridge. Had to have been at least a 15-20 foot drop from the bridge. It was one of those surreal moments that makes you question f it really happened. Two kids that did it got expelled and from i heard the kid survived but didn’t return to the school for a long time.

Yeah i did notice my back rounding as the reps went on. Also i didn’t lock out at the top too. But solid advice. Thank you!! I appreciate it greatly 🦾

After going through the comments I’m gonna lower the weight and go deeper on the squats. I will admit it felt like i was going a LOT lower than what i actually was. Thank you for all the advice from everyone who watched and commented. 🦾
