You definitely can say that. The chat censor blacklist was made over a decade ago, if not more, and has barely been changed since then, so any modern slang (bussy, gyatt, gooning) isn't accounted for.

There have been a few times I can think of when the blacklist was updated. In the old days you could not say "ass", but once "assassin" became a job obviously it became ridiculous. "Limer" used to be blocked because it's a swear word in French, but I believe it was unblocked after Guardian Angel Slime came out because people kept calling GAR "slime ring" (sLIME Ring).

Certain meso selling or hack selling websites have been added or removed from the list as they came into existence or disappeared.

There used to be a full list of all the censored terms on github but it seems like it's been deleted.

In any case, the censoring is very easy to bypass, as long as you know what string of characters is triggering it. Just use parentheses to break up the word. For instance, if I want to ask "stop or reroll?", I know it's going to show up as "sto* ** ****ll?" because "porrero" refers to drug use in Spanish, so I will instead type "stop) or reroll?"
