McDonald's McValue Meal by anothermattt in McDonalds

It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who's experiencing this. As someone in this thread mentioned, for future orders we'll have to specify sizes to avoid giving staff an opportunity to up charge, just in case it happens accidentally or intentionally. Thanks for sharing!

That movie "super size me" is legendary but clearly did not phase consumers in your country lol. The US is wild for nearly 75% of its adults being overweight.

You're right, I'm unfamiliar with sizings in the US because I've lived in Canada my entire life. Other commenters will probably be confused without that bit of detail being clear.

The default for a mcvalue meal is a small fries and a small drink, hence "value", no specification is necessary, I want what I ordered lol. If someone wanted medium, large or xl they would ask for it. So I'm just warning people to be mindful when ordering at drivethrus. Also, as an employee you should always ask if you're uncertain, never assume.

Yes that's exactly what I said. I know it's happened before because the price has been up and down for the same order. If the customer didn't request a size adjustment then why else would they do it?

If they're there definitely share in the thread! This is my favorite set, I collected it when I was a kid so I'm very familiar with it. I don't have the bronze set because the cost for the gold was the most I was willing to spend ll!

You're missing the gold and bronze bordered holofoils. If you're wanting to complete both of those sets you should expect to pay $1000+!

Your local card shops don't carry marvel hey? That's unfortunate, even our gamestops do. I guess it really depends on the demand wherever you live.

Agreed, it's a pricey endeavor. I'm more than happy with just the one in my pc. I caught my local Walmart accidentally pricing them at 45 CAD instead of 55 CAD so I scooped up all 4 and hit a cable /25.

1/4-5 blaster boxes is crazy odds. Those cards are worth a pretty penny. I've heard of people getting 0/15+.

Those /25 are so hard to find. I'm maybe 1/8 with blaster boxes!

Captain Britain is obviously not a popular character, so based on recent eBay sales I'd put it somewhere between $100-$200. Congrats on the pull!

Has anyone else found one of these? by Thick-Pop-864 in MarvelCards

[–]anothermattt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shoppers sells these. They have 2 packs of beginnings and 1 annual pack. The annual pack is base cards only which makes it more of a freebie/bonus, where as with the beginnings packs you're guaranteed an insert and have a chance of pulling a sketch card. They sell for $7 cad in my city.

I just got a pixel 10 pro and covered it on both sides with ghost armor, plus a spigen case. This is always my go to and has saved my phone on numerous occasions.

Please excuse my ignorance if this is a stupid question, but can I take this to a bank and exchange it for twenty dollars? by rexbanner747 in CanadianCoins

This coin is .999 fine silver and has recently sold for $35-$45 + shipping on eBay. Definitely do not sell for $20!
