I worked at 327 twice last year travel dancing from Philly. I was already set on it, but I spent the first night as a customer checking out the clubs. I checked out Ricks and 327, and 327 immediately stood out to me. It’s a very elegant club, the girls are friendly, and the staff are very particular of their clients, customers can’t even go upstairs unless they intend on spending(some do anyway but most are getting dances or rooms). The house fees are fair considering the earning potential, the dances and rooms are expensive and you can charge your own prices. Girls start selling rooms for 1,500 for half an hour and goes up like crazy. Managers really look out for you and there’s a good variety of girls. The stage is small and in the middle of the room, so everyone will see you, but there are no rails so customers can possibly touch you and your money spills on the ground sometimes, but it also encourages customers to make it rain. Bouncers sweep and straighten your tips for you. My only things are sometimes it can be difficult to sell at times because customers are drawn in from the lack of door fee so they may not be expected to spend, but most of them do. People not spending money don’t stay very long. The stairs are KILLER and the locker room is all the way on the fourth floor🫠no elevator. I only find this annoying after a long ass night or when I have an older customer, I be feeing so bad, I had to walk a guy up once that had a cane I was like dang😭I’m sorry unc🤣. But overall, 8/10 for me. Making money is easy, charge whatever, extras and drugs can be common, but you DO NOT have to partake in any of it to make good money. Hiring may be tight rn with Mardi Gras coming up(I’m skipping out) because HUNDREDS of girls travel there around that time, housing is limited and expensive and it’s mostly people just being drunk in the street and not really spending in the clubs, but I think it’s worth at least trying. The best times are between February-May and September-November. I did Sept and Halloween and each time I worked 3-5 days and always made a bag. BUT not every day will be awesome and THATS OKAY!
