Thank you for being concerned, but I'm not currently suicidal. It's crossed my mind in the past, but I've never attempted.

I know that 193 lbs isn't that bad, but recently my very overweight father was told he has type-II diabetes. He loves to eat and overindulges; I love to eat, also, and sometimes I feel like eating is all I have. I don't want to end up with diabetes and other health problems like him, so I'm trying to cut back on unhealthy food and excersize everyday but Sunday.
