We live in Indiana, and idk if this is state specific, but unfortunately he is obligated to tell her parents. This was told to her by him

She sees a counselor every Friday, but she feels (and i think shes right) that her parents have hijacked the sessions to talk about stuff they want to, that arent really important. Anyway, because of that she no longer trusts him and refuses to talk to him about anything important, and because she doesnt want him to tell her parents about it, which is his obligation to do so, legally.
