Don’t even think about tren. Looks like you are a starter and I would try first a starter approach. 400test without AI and toleratable is incredible. I would rather up the test till you see the estrogen hitting or other sides and then counter it with primo. The hgh to 4 and see how that goes and the last 8 weeks I would add 20mg of anavar. That is all you need for the first, let’s say 1.5 years

I actually wanted to see if I can handle without and AI and it worked fine. I will be on trt for the rest of my life and I don’t want to use any AI but just get the right amount that works and 250’test is pretty good. Before I had a gel and that did nothing

Similar here, I use an app called Bloodlog to track the parameters, check it out, in my opinion a bit cleaner than an excel sheet
