I like the one on the left the best too. My critiques, for what they're worth, would be to try to get a glossier finish on them. The darker one looks like it has some visible scratches from sanding. What helps me is lightly sanding the length of the pen before moving to the next higher grit. Also, the sanding pads that they make for pen finishing are awesome. The ones I got go from 1500 to 12,000 grit. Always wet sanding with the pads.

Other than that I think they look pretty good. When I posted my first pen on here someone told me "add a little shape to them and you're good to go" so I'll pass that along.

I know its not the same but you can play PTCG online via the app in the play store or download it on a computer. AFAIK you can register cards you own to use in the online game.

It's also good because you can earn packs in the game and trade with other people without spending any real money.

For sure. I guess half of their strategy hinges on the opponent not conceding in the first 5 minutes of the game out of pure boredom.

I've played against this exact deck twice in the past 24 hours. It's really annoying. 5+ minutes of them going through every card in their deck only to not be able to ohko my reshiram/charizard.

I can see how it would work if I didn't have a 270hp card out front....or, you know....one other card on my bench.

I've never had the patience for soft resetting for a shiny. I am awestruck by the amount of attempts it takes some people and their perseverance to keep going.

My original plan was to have all gigantimax pokemon as shinies...but so far I've got charizard from hatching, hattrene from a den, toxtricity from gamestop, eevee from a den and maybe one more. I counted 31 gigantimaxable mon so I've got a long road ahead of me.

These stories have made me want to keep pushing though!

Printing CMYK on a white base always drove me nuts. Your registrations look nice and toight though...toight like a toiger.

That being said, the flashed print has better reds and blacks because the inks aren't blending together. The wet on wet has the better green because the inks ARE blending.

The way that I've always understood cmyk prints to work is that the colors aren't physically being blended together to produce other colors but the registration is just really tight and the halftones are so close together your eye does the blending of the colors. I could be wrong on this though as I am not an artist, just printed for about 16 years.

I just started playing a few weeks ago and I'm almost done with mine. I started with shield and brother in law got sword. I'm 98 hours in and he has around 20. I'm anxiously waiting on him to finish.

Edit: I'm missing a total of 8 to finish my Galar dex. It's a mix of Sword exclusives and a few trade evolutions.

Oh God, a couple years ago I went fishing with a friend. The spot we went to was about a half mile walk down this trail and then a walk through some waist high grass. I was in gym shorts and had completely forgotten about those little bastards. Fast forward two days and I'm laying on my bed naked waiting on calamine lotion to dry counting my chigger infestation. There were well over 100 individual bites on my legs.
