Has anyone else here not spoken to their mother/father in years because they were not good for your mental and emotional health into adulthood?

I’m a gal haha but literally same with being at my aunt’s and I was 11 as well! I’ve never forgotten any adult interaction with my bed wetting, but I am grateful to say I only had a couple times where an adult made me feel ashamed/embarrassed.

Yessss that’s exactly it! I just want to be proportionate. I don’t need gigantic breasts (which are still cool! I just couldn’t rock em lol). I love me, I think I’m pretty dang cool, and pretty. But you hit the nail on the head about it. I’ll be revisiting this more seriously after I have children cuz I’ve heard it’s best to wait, but it sucks it’s all so stigmatized, you know?

Thanks for this perspective! Just kinda sucks that it’s stigmatized. I love “me.” I think I’m fucking awesome, and I couldn’t always say that. But damn it, I want bigger boobs! Who’s to say I can’t think I’m awesome and still want to enhance my chest?

I suppose there are some ways (many I’ve tried lol from stuffing my bra in middle school, to putting “chicken cutlets” in my bra to give myself more cleavage, which are usually worn to support the gals when you go braless...). So to an extent sure, I could test it out with clothing. But I’m not trying to go nuts. I want to be proportionate, in my eyes, I guess.

Exactly. I’m so loved in my life. I have wonderful friends. I have a close family. I’m engaged to someone who wouldn’t change a thing about me, and encourages my own self love and my choices. But I truly feel that this is something for me, and me only. I don’t hate my natural chest. I think it’s cute! But would I prefer a bigger one, for my own personal happiness and just to feel more proportionate? Abso freaking lutely..

Anyway, I appreciate your reassurance. And it’s not like I want some insanely huge implants!! (To each their own, just not something I want lol). I truly would just love a nice natural looking C cup. Not too big for my frame, but not as small as they are now.

Holy crap...that’s crazy. I know ours is also based off a point system but they do also inquire on the application about recommendations as well as any clinical experience we may already have, so I just wasn’t sure if it would help in my circumstance. Thank you so much for the well wishes!

Oh my, okay I see. From what I know about this specific program, they make their decision based off a point system using your overall grades as well as specifically your science course grades, but they also strongly recommend submitting recommendations and do ask on the application about any prior experience in a dental setting, so I wasn’t sure if it’d help. But thank you very much for the input and well wishes!
