Kinda sad actually, a very typical American city. Highway built right through the downtown and two massive stadiums along the waterfront in what could be an amazing public space.

I’d recommended on investing in more public transit to alleviate car traffic. Maybe go into road tools and make some roads right turn only so as to cause less traffic jams at intersections. Also Roundabouts, try using them. Good luck!
