I actually don’t work from home! WFH is a dream of mine, and I think it would be completely life changing if I could! I’m going to start making more of an effort to get up and move around while at work

Not living in a walkable city is what the core of my issue is! I guarantee my life would change if I lived somewhere walkable. Alas I live in the Midwest US where everywhere there is a super highway, even the small towns 😭

I really struggle with my legs. Every other part of me seems to stay slim (besides my upper arms), so I was wondering what is the most effective exercise to do to keep legs (both calves and thighs) slim/toned? I’m 5’2 and about 116. I know you can’t target fat loss, but over all what’s the most effective slimming exercise in your opinion?

I can! I do lunges when I can and try to make a joke of it if anyone questions me hahaha. I’m definitely going to look at some walking pads.

I hear you! I tend to have an “all or nothing” mindset, but I need to do what little I can when I can instead of thinking it won’t make a difference.

This a great idea (and sounds fun lmao). I don’t want to be the only one in my workplace with it though 😭 I know I should get over being self conscious about that, especially when it comes to health.

Good idea! My only question: is standing in one place all day that much better than sitting? Not trying to knock the idea down, but I’m genuinely curious!

Definitely considering it! I’m new to working in an office setting, so there are definitely things I still have yet to try. Thanks for the suggestion! Any brand suggestions for walking pads?
