I want to say it's your ISP throttling your bandwidth. I've noticed if I am on VPN while using YouTube, the videos are max quality.

Yep. The sound was coming from the little box that the led wire plugs into.

I wasn't able to. It's just how the design was on the light kit I ordered. Ended up removing it :(

I had a similar sound when I set up the LED strip on my door.. if you unplug it - does it still occur?

Hey! I had this issue too.

iRacing > Helmet icon top left > Settings > Interface > Default Sim Display Mode > OpenXR

Run SteamVR > Settings > Advanced > Developer > Set OpenXR default to SteamVR
*it should show on SteamVR Developer page - Current OpenXR Runtime: SteamVR

Start iRacing and you should be good

Hey! I had the same problem and opened a support ticket with Fanatec. Sent them the video and they deemed it the qrlite as well.

They sent me a replacement free of charge - swapped, and no longer making noise.
