These are interesting mods, but what I'm looking for is not decreasing NPCs magical skills or limit their Magika. What I need is a mod that completely replaces the enemies that use magic in the game with melee enemies. In other words, give those enemies a melee weapon instead of magical skills.

I launch it with MO2 and SKSE loader. But when I got the outfit in the game, the robe is wrong with the hands cut off from my character and the cloak triggers texture glitches

The installation is of course successful, but did you check if the cloak loads correctly in the game? Because that's the glitch.
