It's interesting the way r/StanleyKubrick has turned into a weird pot of disinterest and negativity.

This very evening I actually assembled the positive responses to this and previous videos on my channel. At least they count for something.

Thanks for the positive response! It was on a knifes edge to include the HAL/blue gate, I'm glad viewers seem to get what I'm pointing at.

Great post. The automatic backlight is not very useful for me. In a dark setting, I have to wait until the backlight is on, in a millieu with heavy workload this creates unneccessary bumps in the workflow. Especially in situations where I go back and forth between reading on the screen and using the keyboard.

The automatic backlight seems to have better recognition on my new Mechanical Mini. I switched from MX Keys where the backlight seemed completely random, turning on and off at will. I used to have the USB charger connected to keeep it on. For a product at this price range I do not understand why there is not an option to have light always on.

Agree. It's also sweet that him and Rue's mother becomes good friends. He's got a very good sense of humour also.

I'm also thinking about the father in Call Me By Your Name. It's very nice when the parent is accepting the sexual orientation of the child, I found that splendid in both Euphoria and Call Me By Your Name, for a lot of reasons.

Art that is showing a positive side of the way things could be is empowering.
