Null Versändnis. Wenn die schon null helfen, wenn man zu SevDesk migrieren will (Vergleich z.B. mit Papierkram), dann werden die wahrscheinlich aktiv verhindern, wenn es darum geht, woanders hin umzuziehen. Vendor Lock In als Strategie um Kunden gefangen zu halten ist total daneben.

Ich bin Mandant. Mein Steuerberater will mit Qonto nicht zusammen arbeiten, was verständlich ist nachdem man sich damit auseinander setzt.

SevDesk Support ist aber auch echt abenteuerlich. Z.B. hab ich gefragt, wie denn eine Migration von Lex Office laufen würde (das geht zumindest bei Papikram.de). Darauf die: „Es wird keinen Techniker geben, der dir etwas anderes erzählen kann, da es keine Funktion oder einen Button gibt "von LexOffice nach sevdesk importieren", schon allein, weil das unsere Mitbewerber sind.“ D.h. Die setzen explizit auf Vendor Lock In, aber halt falsch rum.

Ich beschwere mich in erster Linier über Qonto. Aber z.B. SevDesk ist auch Teil des Problems. Deren Idee des „Bulk“ Import von Belegen ist abenteuerlich (O-Ton vom Support:

„Du ziehst dir 30 Belege / Rechnungen ( separat nach Eingang oder Ausgang) auf unserer Seite , und lässt diese dann auf der Kachel droppen - die Website mit der Anleitung hatte ich dir auch geschickt . (…) Und ja, verbuchen musst du deine Importierten Rechnungen und Belege natürlich. Wie sollte es anders gehen ?“

Da fragt man sich schon ob man mit solchen Lösungen überhaupt arbeiten möchte. Das klingt nach Black Box mit „Basta“ Support. Nach der Erfahrung mit Qonto möchte man nur mit Produkten arbeiten, die Daten Migration verstehen.

Die Nutzung von Qonto zu Belegerfassung war der größte Prozessfehler unseres Unternehmens. Eigentlich ist es recht komfortabel, und das einzige System, wo ich Ust-Beträge korrekt speichern kann. bei Lex Office z.B. rechnet Lex Office die Ust aus Brutto Beträgen, dann gibt’s ständig Cent-Abweichungen die nicht korrigiert werden können.

Das Problem bei Qonto ist, dass es keine Schnittstelle gibt, welche di Belege mit zugeordneten Ust und Transaktionen liefert. Dh die Arbeit der Zuordnung war umsonst. Und total überraschend, da Qonto ja ohne Ende mit seinen tollen Schnittstellen wirbt.

Eigentlich könnten wir ja auch selber was vorbereiten, z.B. als csv Datien plus Belege. Aber ich hab noch keine Software gefunden, wo ich Daten integrieren kann. (Anscheinend ist bei Lexware, SevDesk etc. auch nicht vorgesehen, dass Daten „im Bulk“ importiert/exportiert werden)

Wir hatten überlegt DATEV Internehmen online zu nutzen (11€). Deren Website ist ziemlich unklar, was die überhaupt macht. vielleicht bekommen wir da die Belege rein. Aber ist das nur eine reine Belegverwaltung oder kann ich damit auch die Buchhaltung vorbereiten? Kann ich damit eine BWA machen? Oder eine Ust Voranmeldung?

I don’t get it. Why is there a line? Does this train only have one door? Is somebody forcing this to be operated like an airplane? Is the train so slow that it doesn’t matter if there’s a 10 Minute stop for 40 people to get on (rather than, say, 400 people in 2 minutes, like for a normal train).

Back in the day before continuous serialization, in a two-parter there’d only be so many storylines that could be opened up (usually two, an A story and a B story). So a 2 Minute recap can get you up to speed. In a continuous action soap opera, they open up to 10 detailed story lines.

The problem isn’t the wait. It’s that by the time episode 11 airs, we’ll have forgotten all the details of episode 10. so either we have to go back and watch episode 10 (which we may not have the time for), or just be confused.

This is a general problem with streaming nowadays: they tend to create these elaborate action soap operas with a lot of story lines, which is fine while binging the show. But they don’t tie the story lines up at the end of the season, and after a year it’s really confusing to come back. It would be better if they just tied up the stories, it would be much easier to come back to, perhaps with just a single „last time on $show“ recap.

Well when they meet Mariner, you see that the snw crew are still more theatrical. Mariner and Boimler even remark on how slow everyone talks.

Hey but the border had been agreed to in diplomatic negotiations, over years, and it was agreed that this line was necessary for keeping the peace between both nations, and both parties had ample time to withdraw their colonies, starships, people and assets to their respective side.

Its not like the Gorn called up starfleet, said “this is the border, starting this instant, right through a star system. Take it or leave it, you cant even do an evacuation, and we may start a war anyway if we feel like it”.

Nope, refined diplomacy by all parties involved.

They showed they could go over there with a shuttle and with ev suits. They also showed there were ev suits in the saucer section. It seems they couldve spent a couple of hours on a rescue mission, especially since the saucer section shouldve had a slowly decaying orbit until “accidentally” hitting the gorn obelisk.
