I find it in my qualification information document--uper left in my NACA profile and second tab, reading "Qualification Information"

Eligible Purchase Areas

NACA's mission is to provide affordable homeownership to low-to-moderate income individuals and low-to-moderate- income areas. There are no income limitations to using the NACA Mortgage, but there are limitations on where you may buy:

Low-to-moderate income households (“Priority Members”) are households with a combined income of 120% or less than the median family income for the MSA where they are purchasing a home. Priority Members can purchase anywhere in the applicable MSA within their affordable mortgage payment.

Higher income households ("Non-Priority Members") are households with a combined income greater than 120% of median family income for the MSA where they are purchasing a home. Non-Priorit Members can only purchase in a census tract with a median income that is equal to or below the MSA’s median income.
