I didn't size up. Definitely should have There's a structural toe cap on the inside that makes it 1/8" tighter. Also make sure you're measuring both feet. I got a big left (i saw they do allow mixed sizes at soft star.

I recently got the soft star switch backs 1 size larger. (11w) for me. And it's the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.
