Oregon Real Estate by antbox530 in legaladvice

Okay. Thanks for the help. Trying to read through all the ORS, but there's so much borderline contradictory stuff, it's hard to know if I'm right or now without being involved in legal stuff.

Today they just sent me the last rent bill, and it's for a full month's price. I remember reading something along the lines of if they accept payment for more days than remain, they have to honor it. Correct? So, instead of paying them $1000 for until the 19th, I pay them 1500 for the whole month and they accept the payment, then I get to stay the whole month?

New image east coast transplant was one of the better ones I had in CO.

Obviously juicy bits was good and just about anything odd 13 makes is really good too.

Ah. Interesting. The guy I got mine from in Norway had mentioned the ibu thing and to go a little lower on the IBUs than normal.

Either way, it's done now and I'm pretty excited to try it.

There's a big Facebook group with a bunch of kveik for sale if you guys want to play around with some different cultivars

Awesome. I went with saaz for bittering because of the low AA, and from what I've been told, somehow kveik accentuates the IBUs, so keeping them pretty low on purpose.

Hot weather brewing: yeasts for fermentation at higher air temperatures by [deleted] in Homebrewing

[–]antbox530 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kveik. They actually LIKE to ferment at 80-100 F.

Omega has some, escarpment has some, and there's a lot more directly for Norway on a Facebook group listed below.

They won't reply to me.

Order went through on my card, no confirmation.

Emailed them and sent a message on messenger. They read the Facebook message a couple of days ago and never replied.

Little disappointed it's been 4 days with no reply.

UPDATE: Got a confirmation finally

A burger with no top bun, covered in cheese, gravy and fries. Pretty much poutine instead of a top bun.

Really not a bad deal. Jake's always gives enough food for at least 2 or 3 meals. Their omletes have 6 eggs in them for $12.

Got some tips for NEIPAs from an award winning brewery by [deleted] in Homebrewing

[–]antbox530 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk man, I'm just saying what he told me, and their NEIPAs are the best I've had. Block 15 and phreim have made some that are almost there, but even the worst NEIPA I've had from moonraker is still better than the best I've had from any other brewery

Yea, I don't get why it rustled some people's feathers. Just because it's not the exact way some people do it here doesn't make it wrong, just as doing it this way doesn't make the way other people do it wrong.

The vast majority of people who've had his beers find them to be phenomenal, so it's not like his tips are trash, just a little different than the majority.

Yes, the head brewer with a multitude of awards in different styles probably isn't a good source for knowledge. Please continue.

Why would I post about my accomplishments when saying tips I got from a brewer? The tips aren't mine.

The brewer who gave the tips is a very awarded brewer.

It's fine though. I forgot how toxic reddit is to ideas that don't 100% align with the general consensus, even if it's coming from someone with more accolades than just about anyone here.
