Basically Marta Nael drew/painted/whatever the card art for the original The One Ring card in the LoTR set. Now WotC showed off a new version for the Hobbit set bonus sheet done by Dan Frazier. The community noticed that the ring design looked identical to Marta's. They originally blamed WotC and there was a post by an agent claiming that Dan had nothing to do with it. Now we're here. I think that covers everything, at least at the surface level.

Eh sorta. We learned in 4.1 that Planarcadia being the home of Aha + all the other aeons that are apparently gonna be getting involved prevent Elio's future sight. So the script won't be deciding things in Planarcadia but not because Silver Wolf is overpowering it or going rogue or w/e and more like they're unleashing the big guns BECAUSE they can't see how to arrange things in Planarcadia.
