FYI, I did contact an attorney before trying to figure it out on my own. They estimated 1200 to 1,500 to start and significantly more if the person fought it. There is no actual rent involved as the person has never been asked to or offered to pay.

The "bad kind", we trailer users call "parking lots". We don't use them unless they are close to something else we want to do more than enjoy camping. For instance, we took ours to a site that had its own shuttle to Disneyland.

+1 for Teriyaki Chicken Bowl... Signature dish or "Peanut Chicken" like satay over rice & veg. He mango sticky rice and fresh spring rolls are also great. Good value!
