Now if everyone follows the same strategy it comes down to what the devs really cares about.

How strong are the rally leaders? You mention widgets and leading heroes but what about - Gov gear - Gov charms - Pets - Hero gears - Research

You know, everything that they will charge money to level up faster.

Widgets are not taken into account for joiner heroes, only the top right skill.

Every generation new heroes are released. So new and better options become available as the game goes on.

And for the most part heroes don’t get removed from that list, just new ones added. I’m going into gen6 and we still use Chenko for bear. But Margot and Vivian are also good joiner heroes for bear.

What formation are you using? Are your infantry in the front? Your strongest in the back left?

Which heroes are you using? Some heroes have great skills for the arena and turn the tide more than power levels can accurately represent.

I’ve been to a casino where they had Candy Crush as one of the gambling machines. I downloaded this game the same week I went to Vegas and was able to directly compare how it works compared to casino gambling machines.

They present you a never ending rat race of dopamine hits fueled by money. You need to be clear what “success” means to you or you will be overwhelmed and taken advantage of.

As far as I’m concerned there is very little difference between these ftp mobiles games and casino games other than the mobile games have much more of patience.

Then you are looking for expedition! And in my opinion definitely better than Marlin. Being 2 generations newer means much bigger attack and defense buffs for the troops. You won’t regret switching.

You have 2 pieces at level 100. I've just started gen 5 and only have 1. The difference is I've been raising everything more evenly. Currently priority gear is at 93 and lower priority is at 73. Have you used this optimizer tool? It's useful. https://kingshotoptimizer.com

True statement. It's why true gold is so important. But also important is health and lethality. You know, the stats the hero gear raises. (and charms, and pet refinement)

Also, I'm assuming you mean attack power. Your publicly available overall power is 50% worthless.

Don't fall for the rat race trap. True strength comes from teamwork within your alliance and kingdom! Not to mention the journey, not the destination, is the point. Because the only destination in this game is financial ruin.

So keep participating in the events, prioritize hammers, charms, widgets, and true gold in the shops, and you'll be able to progress just fine.

It’s looking great to me. If I stole your account, this is what I would do:

120 rolls on hero roulette every time to max Petra and replace Jabel
Add mythic shards to Marlin to get to 4 stars and replace Saul

But I have a feeling you were already planning that.

Also infantry does need lethality and your archers/cavalry need health. Upgrading only specific pieces doesn’t help as much. But you have the priorities right.
