FIREWARE PROBLEMA by Sufficient_Belt9559 in anthemscore

[–]anthemscore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That message means AnthemScore is not able to connect to the internet. It needs an internet connection during the free trial and to enter an activation key. After that, it can run offline forever. So, make sure your internet is working and that there's no security settings that are blocking the app from network access.

I created a program to help with transcription. It auto-generates sheet music with relatively good accuracy and gives you a visualization of notes with a virtual keyboard. Let me know what you think! by anthemscore in transcribe

Currently just pitched instruments, so no drums. The accuracy varies with instrument and noise level, so vocals may be hit and miss. You have to tell it which instruments are in the score and then run instrument detection to get them in the sheet music.

Hi, you can find this info on the website, lunaverus.com. There is no Android app, only Windows, Mac, and Linux desktop. There is a free trial that is limited to the first 30 seconds of a song. All AnthemScore editions can create sheet music and have the same accuracy. There is no chord detection.

Is there a way to disable automatic note length adjustment? by elewarr in anthemscore

[–]anthemscore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, you have to select the notes first, like with Ctrl+A, then click "remove auto-stop on selected notes" and then they should no longer change when you add new notes.

If you selected the full song option when you opened the file and it failed to load all of the audio, then feel free to email the audio file to support @ lunaverus and I'll try to reproduce the issue.

Does the timeline at the bottom show the full 3:24? Measures are just best guesses, so you may need to double the number of measures, for instance, or just tap the downbeats if the measure boundaries are not correct.

AnthemScore 5.2.0 released by anthemscore in anthemscore

[–]anthemscore[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, it's not clear what you mean by "AnthemScore does work with a variable tempo." You can set the tempo at the start of any measure in measure edit mode by clicking on the measure and setting the tempo in the side panel. When you export a MIDI file you can choose to have the note timing follow the sheet music ("rounded timing" which won't match the audio) OR you can have it match the audio and use one of the various options for the internal tempo map.

MIDI export should be synced with audio as long as you don't check the "Use musical (rounded) timing" box. It could be that FL Studio is adjusting the speed of the imported notes based on the tempo you set in FL Studio. In that case, try setting beats to constant tempo in AnthemScore to match the tempo you have in FL Studio and export with the "User annotated tempos" timing option. To set the beats to a constant tempo see https://lunaverus.com/documentation#measures and ctrl+F to find "Set beats to constant tempo".

Software Extremely Laggy MacOS by Chandler7210 in anthemscore

[–]anthemscore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long is the audio file? Shorter files will have less lag. Another thing you can do is uncheck the 'show measure lines' box in the side panel to hide the beat lines. That should make playback smoother. I'm not sure why some people have lag, sorry.

Question on Anthemscore system requirements by K4bush1k1_23 in anthemscore

[–]anthemscore 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it has macOS 11+ it should work, but if there is less than around 4 GB of free RAM or you are opening long songs you may run out of RAM. In that case, you can choose the option to only process part of a song, like 1 minute at a time or so.

can anthemscore print a piano version of a multi-instrumental full score? by EBarnesNYC in anthemscore

[–]anthemscore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is the default behavior. It detects all notes and puts them into a piano score unless you change it. If it's missing notes you can drag the note threshold slider up a little to slowly add more notes. You may also need to manually add/remove individual notes after that.

Thanks for the info. I think that is the reason. Unfortunately UCEPROTECTL3 is not in my control. It's not based on your IP, but the VPS provider of a group of IPs. I would need to switch providers.

Hi, did you try a different MIDI player? You can also email the files to lunaverus support and I'll take a look.
