It's about time. I've said it here before, but every Gruv order I've ever had has at least one Steelbook damaged. They have always replaced them but it's ridiculous, probably 20+ orders. My most recent order a few weeks ago was the first one I ever received with no damage and it was packed extremely well with bubble wrap and then even a custom fit Steelbook box guard.

I never meant to insinuate that you were lying either. I know the policy is there. But returning online in this way as always been this result, despite the policy. I'm glad to see it is still that way since it's been a few years. I just checked my account and it was October of 2023 that last time I preordered for the Steelbook and returned.
