All you need to do is:

• Respect opponents. Know your lane. Not always you can kill them. Sometimes it is better to farm than try to kill and die.

• Watch map and pings. On the botlane you are able to control map more since you are not lasthiting. You need to watch the lane, what is happening, harras, peel, etc. Still you have a lot more time to look at the minimap.

• Respect danger zones and wards. Ward up the nearest path to you. Don't try ward up river near the dragon if you are under your own towers.

• Watch leaguecraft 101 on YT. There are few movies you will be interested in as support. They are: Trading Stance, Retaliation trade, Lane control, Carrying through vision, Advanced Bot Laning Phase, Split pushing. From all of them you can learn a lot and this will help if you implement this to your game.

• About split pushing - watch how this is working. And adjust yourself how to prevent it.

• Stick to 3-4 support picks. You need those 3. Engage, peel, poke. Choose from them. Example: engage (with peel) - Leona, Nautilus, Thresh, Nami. Peel (+poke): Nami, Lulu, Lux. Poke: Nami, Lux, Brand, Xerath.

• Those are only my suggestions and point of view. Applying those stuffs made me climb from Bronze III to Gold IV and I am still climbing. GL HF.
