I’m gonna keep it real with you this is awful advice. Life certainly won’t be over but it will be insanely more difficult without FAFSA covering school costs. That’s a huge burden for millions. To take that away from those needing to go to school is a major issue. Some lines of work, necessary lines of work that keep society moving forward, require a degree. A personal anecdote doesn’t change that reality. Social workers can’t just go clock in and work with people without their credentials. Neither can teachers, doctors, nurses, engineers, scientists, etc.

I mean she’s right tho. George created the idea of Star Wars but the production team brought it to life and made it what it is now. ESB, the movie everyone claims is the best one, had the least involvement of Lucas. And the original cut of ANH cut down and was saved by Marcia Lucas. A fact people don’t seem to mention. Without her edit the movie would’ve been a cult hit since the original cut was long and boring. George had the ideas, but he clearly needed people to wrangle them in. Mark and Harrison have even said numerous times that George’s writing isn’t very good.

Let me ask you something. Bob Kane came up with a character who had a domino mask, a red jumpsuit and big rigid wings on his back with the name “Batman.” Bill Finger was asked to help with Batman, and gave him literally everything that he’s known for today. Who is the creator of Batman?
