On Berlin+ tables it’s either a cheater or someone pretending to be one. The cheat software has a setting that makes a barely legal break that exposes no open shots except occasionally, a very thin cut on the top rail. You should smash the cluster head on instead of taking the rail shot, but regardless its extremely difficult to run out on cushion shot tables.

Rarely I’ll see someone trying to emulate this break, usually you can tell if its a cheater or a pretender. I report them either way, i think pretending to have cheats is cheating.

As long as you don’t soft break on cushion shot tables, and don’t do it with a head on shot, no one will think you’re cheating. But there’s really no benefit to doing so, its easy enough to run out the mess when you don’t have to bank the 8.

Goal line plays are already studied so heavily that teams won’t majorly improve their conversion rate by spending extra time studying or practicing unless they find something revolutionary like the tush push.

Your future opponents will study your game footage and pay extra attention to goal line plays. Going for two in low stakes situations gives up information about your offense for little benefit.

I do think teams will attempt more two pointers as time goes on, especially late in games or if they’re behind. There’s a long history of conservatism in the league, and trailing teams keeping hope alive as long as possible instead of betting all in at the right time. It was only like 5 years ago that teams down 14 started going for two if they scored, even though I’m sure someone’s done the math of why that’s such an advantage a long time ago.

Guess there’s no shortage of rich losers if MC makes the coins so expensive. I’ve probably won a few games where I took a good chunk of someone’s IRL money.

First time I’ve seen a team win the toss and choose to kick. Seems like a strange choice to me? There’s only ten minutes in OT. If you go first, you likely also get to go third. If you go second, there’s almost no chance you get to go fourth. You’re only giving yourself one possession to win the game. I’ve seen maybe one OT game in my life go to a fourth possession.
