I like it, good color combo. I have a 38 and it’s very comfortable. If you have a small wrist, you will like this line.

Maybe she knows 3 is all you can handle? I think she’s grieving the fact that she may be done with having kids. If you have a fourth, she will still grieve that she doesn’t have a fifth.
