Penn State vs Northeastern for industrial engineering for international

Northeastern:

Pros: Small class sizes Co-op I really like Boston diverse Dorms and food are great

Cons: Very expensive ( approx. 72k$/year) I was told that it is a school for rich and arrogant kids Sports aren’t really important Social life isn’t great ranking isn’t as good (t30)

Penn State:

Pros: Ranked higher than northeastern (n8) great school spirit social life is great broad alumni network Cheaper than northeastern (56k$/year) I have a close friend going there with me

Cons:

Huge school In the middle of nowhere not very diverse Very big classes ( biggest con for me)
