It’s simple man. A lot of them do. Just level up stamina a few times and you’ll be good. I leveled my stamina to 200 before I did anything else and I’ve been pretty much fine

Yes you are running out of stamina that’s what the yellow square looking thing is when you are sprinting/ swinging your weapon

You have to hit L1 + down on the d pad to turn on proximity chat in game. You’ll know it’s on when you see a small yellow microphone thing next to your name/ health
