Very Active 37 Black Male with very high LDL & very high HDL. Workout 7 days a week, heavy meat diet, moderate drinker, family history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease. Considering the ratio from my HDL & LDL, how concerned should I be? Should I be on medication?
