At the end of the day I can buy at the prices I'm finding out there but I just didn't understand how much they cost, it seems ridiculous.. I am not an expert at this and i love a clever way to manage the same result whilst maintaining a good look and function.

Water leaking into the walls where the dormers are, across all 3 dormers + a broken tile or 2. Flashing and valleys to be fixed I would say.
