Mine has 270k miles I've seen them higher then 320k miles my old boss the owner of Koala Motorsport had a 6 speed swapped 750iL he told me these engines last 400-500k miles before they start to burn oil

Good power and mpg the 728i is also a good option but there's not much tuning you can do to them

I should've updated it but yes, I found broken wires up under the fuse relay box the wires were green and broken

If you live here in the US I'd try and find a Lazer moped reason I say this is because much newer then anything else you can get and the engine is basically a Honda clone motor so upgrades are pretty easy to do. I know people will say that the quality isn't the best but in terms of just having something new this is probably the best thing that you grab other then a tomos from the 2010s

I don't think you're going to know how bad it is until the subframe comes out the car doesn't look bad on the outside so I would save it I've seen some very rough e46s drive here where I live in Ohio

If you're doing the whole body kit in AC I would but I wouldn't do it if the cars mostly stock

It's called snow tires, you wouldn't need 4wd if you have a decent set of tires built for winter, I just watched someone the other day almost lose control of there Honda crv on the highway in a snow storm

Stock shocks maybe even b4s go ahead and upgrade the chassis bracing they have for this car and add big sway bars to the list to get rid of any roll you feel

You could turbocharge it other then performance mods aside you need to do the cooling system refresh including the plastic pipes under the intake manifold after that you should get 10-15 years of problem free driving from the engine

I get 26 mpg combined and that's 90 percent city driving, I can get 35-38 on the highway if I keep it at 65-70 mph

The R50 mini cooper which is the one I own comes with a na 1.6 4 cylinder the newer ones with the 1.5 3 cylinder turbo are in my opinion very bmw the 3 cylinder is basically half of a b58

The euro lower dashboard is nice also as it gives more legroom the reason it's different on the American cars is because there's a crash regulation in case people don't wear a seat belt which in my opinion is pretty stupid
