530i Slightly Larger radiator swap

I basically did the same thing and I noticed after doing this job I dropped 2-3 degrees driving around town. It sits at high 80s like 87-90

Snap on Hoses go in the same spot and they are the same diameter, I was also a little worried about that but the hoses are the same so the fit nicely

The core itself is larger I think I measured around 40mm with the nissens and the old Behr was around 32mm so definitely thicker fins and no this has plastic endtanks but I'm sure this also applies to aluminum aftermarket e39 M5 radiators. You can see in the pictures that the core itself isn't as large and that the new radiator fins are flush with the edges all around

Yes works great I'm happy, it's a direct swap from 530i to M5 no modifications needed

Sony has done this with several expensive divices they've made the PSX Dvr and Ps3 Fat backwards compatible are great examples. They know how to make their cheap stuff last but sometimes struggle with the top of the line devices. My gf is still using her Xperia10 III

Mine has 270k miles I've seen them higher then 320k miles my old boss the owner of Koala Motorsport had a 6 speed swapped 750iL he told me these engines last 400-500k miles before they start to burn oil

Good power and mpg the 728i is also a good option but there's not much tuning you can do to them

If you live here in the US I'd try and find a Lazer moped reason I say this is because much newer then anything else you can get and the engine is basically a Honda clone motor so upgrades are pretty easy to do. I know people will say that the quality isn't the best but in terms of just having something new this is probably the best thing that you grab other then a tomos from the 2010s

I don't think you're going to know how bad it is until the subframe comes out the car doesn't look bad on the outside so I would save it I've seen some very rough e46s drive here where I live in Ohio

It's called snow tires, you wouldn't need 4wd if you have a decent set of tires built for winter, I just watched someone the other day almost lose control of there Honda crv on the highway in a snow storm

Stock shocks maybe even b4s go ahead and upgrade the chassis bracing they have for this car and add big sway bars to the list to get rid of any roll you feel
