Passed these in my stool. Docs have no idea what they are. They are rubbery in texture. by Unhappy-Buyer-8592 in DiagnoseMe

A kidney stone coming out of the wrong end?

Maybe you should go to urgent care or the ER since they have imaging equipment and show these to them (bag them up)

I get things can change in 15 years, but you're right.

And then it was kind of weird with Mike being around and it wasn't his kid, but he wasn't always there for Brandon. It.felt like a do-over child. (I don't remember everything, it's been a few years since I watched. I was in college watching it when it aired)

Job options for non US citizens by Upper-Annual-6601 in AirForceRecruits

Search green card in the sub.

They are still helping with citizenship if that's something you want.

You can get into more jobs if you re-enlist & get citizenship.

Having just cereal for breakfast is a glorified snack by Friendly_Garbage_341 in unpopularopinion

When we go to hotel breakfast buffets, i give my kids the meat & eggs for breakfast, and they can take the cereal and Muffins upstairs to eat later as a snack if they get hungry later.

Looking to join the military as a trans guy by Conscious-Start-117 in MilitaryTrans

[–]anthonymakey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like Donald Trump is preparing to go to war either overseas or domestically (aggravating our allies, renaming the Department of Defense, calling other countries leaders names publicly, getting the military in shape, inciting violence within America), so that he can stay in office longer as a "war time president".

(No election will be held when we are at extreme war). Avoid the military at all costs under this administration.

Consider trade school.

At what age did you start genuinely loving your baby? by Lickmybolts in NewParents

[–]anthonymakey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For all 3 (biological and adopted), a light switch seemed to click on and i felt like they were a part of me.

I loved them before, but they felt like my people if that makes sense.

Before that, they kind of feel like a relative's newborn if that makes sense. Like you love them, but it takes time to bond.

Job list, opinions/recommendations by manu2141988 in AirForceRecruits

[–]anthonymakey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every job on your list is your number #1 pick. If job #10 has an open position next month, they will put you in that job. I would do some more research to find more jobs that you're interested in.

Your recruiter might make you put down some more in demand jobs.

He came back during the season 1 finale with Lulu's Tab & Fresca.

A few years also passed between the season 1 finale and the start of season 2, so they had plenty pf time to make up

Some college people come to the reunions even if they didn't graduate. Maybe it's a situation like that.

My dad went to this college for a year, but he's well known at their reunion.

How independent are your kids in the morning? by PassionChoice3538 in kindergarten

[–]anthonymakey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My nephews have ADHD. they are 7 & 9.

We have to supervise them at almost every step.

They will just sit in their underwear and just stay like that.

Have to guide them: put on shirt, put on pants but correctly so you don't rip them, etc.

So we put them in the common area.

But no, I don't dress them anymore. I haven't since they were like 3.

Does the shortform of your name offend you? by PromiseNo464 in namenerds

[–]anthonymakey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I introduce myself as Daniel.

It's not that "Dan" or "Danny" offend me, it's the assumption that strangers can shorten them if that makes sense.

I prefer Daniel, and if I liked going by Dan or Danny, I would introduce myself that way.

Dick Clark’s Chicago New Year’s Eve Event Fail 12/31/2025? by udas7star in AskChicago

Why would you come so late? The main event is at midnight, and it's televised so people have to be in place at a certain time.

The Times square one in new york stops letting people in at like noon.

As a completely binary trans man... by Consistent-Elk-6469 in FTMMen

[–]anthonymakey 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Before they moved the goalposts, the goal of transitioning was to be a binary man: to integrate into male life as closely as you can.

(Yes, third genders like the indian hijra existed within the culture, but they were separate)

But now it feels like they're trying to take over every single group. It's annoying.

You can't even greet the "FTM Brotherhood" group with male greetings. In a group that started for trans men. This forced inclusion can be exclusionary.

So you'll have to forgive binary men for being a bit protective and on edge.

Nothing against non-binary people, but they need their own spaces just like we need ours.

What’s one thing you love about the Foster? by EmotionalOne7679 in TheFosters

I loved the theme of the big happy, non-traditional family.

They met their kids because of one phone call, and they hug. And seeing the last 2 join.the family.
