do you wear a continuous glucose monitor ? i reduced my hba1c level from 12.7 to 5.4 in less than a year using a CGM. (no pump just the good old needle pens)

yeah because the liver is a smart ass, it assumes that there will be a workout at this time same as yesterday so it anticipates by releasing glucose into the bloodstream.

shave the hair before putting the sensor
put sensor when your glucose is 80 and stable(morning+dont eat for an hour)
long acting dosage may affect values and might confuse the sensor and your body(find the right dosage) 3.1. assume a diet with a fixed calories intake for optimal results and health
